SUMMER CAMPS
Buffalo Gap Presbyterian Encampment hosts Palo Duro Presbytery-sponsored summer camps.
(You don't have to be Presbyterian to attend!)
ALL Camp / Retreat Sessions are "Screen- and Electronics-Free"
Please leave ALL cell phones and other electronic devices at home.
Camp is a great place to UNPLUG from the outside world and focus on enjoying God's great outdoors, Christian fellowship, and His Love for us all.
Mini Camp
June 4-7 , $210
Three overnights is the perfect length of time for first-time and younger Campers.
We always have an super-high ratio of Staff-to-Campers so we can shower them with all the love and attention they need, and the days are full of Bible Study, Games, Crafts, Swimming, more Games, plus a different evening activity each night.
Elementary Camp
June 9-14, $350
For Campers who have completed grades 4-5.
Elementary Camp is a longer Camp Session (5 overnights) aimed at older children.
We do Bible Studies, Games, Crafts, Swimming, plus each evening we have different activities like Counselor Hunt, Capture the Flag, Star-Watching, and our World-Famous Talent Show.
Middle School
Camp
June 16-21, $350
A longer Camp Session (5 overnights) with a daily schedule similar to Elementary Camp, but geared for Middle Schoolers.
We do in-depth Bible Studies, Games, Crafts, and Swimming. Daily Themes (like "Superhero Day" help us tie in with the Bible lessons and our overall Camp Theme.
Middle School Camp is where many long-lasting friendships and made and strengthened!

Camperships:
DO NOT LET finances keep your child from attending Camp!
Camperships exist through the Presbytery, Camp, and many local Churches.
If you need financial assistance, we ask that you first contact your Church and see if/what support they can give, then if you need further financial assistance have your Pastor or Clerk of Session submit a short written request including a short statement of the need via email with “CAMPERSHIP REQUEST” in the subject line to office@buffalogapcamp.org.
Typically, the Presbytery pays 1/3, your Church pays 1/3, and you pay 1/3.
